How Much Does a Job Application Service Cost?
Understand the pricing models and hidden tradeoffs of job application help, plus ApplyMode’s current monthly prices and completed submission limits.

The cost depends on the provider’s scope, application volume, and level of personal support. Compare monthly fees with the work actually done, the completed submission limit, reporting, and renewal terms. ApplyMode currently offers $99, $149, and $299 monthly plans.
Compare what the price includes
A low fee for software you operate is different from a fee for a team that searches, qualifies, and submits for you. Some services charge per application, some by monthly allowance, and others for a broader search package. Before comparing prices, write down the deliverables you need.
Check whether the advertised count includes only completed employer submissions. Ask how the provider handles duplicate postings, roles outside your criteria, unfinished forms, and questions needing your input. The number on a pricing card does not tell you how many suitable open roles will exist in a given month.
ApplyMode’s published prices
These are maximums per monthly billing cycle, not guaranteed totals. A completed submission to an employer counts as one application. A role found but not submitted, or an incomplete attempt, does not count. Suitable openings and the information needed to apply affect actual volume.
Plans renew monthly until canceled. Interviews and offers are not guaranteed. If you need more than 400 completed applications a month, text us before paying so a person can discuss the request.
- Essential: $99 per month, up to 125 completed employer submissions.
- Momentum: $149 per month, up to 250 completed employer submissions.
- Accelerate: $299 per month, up to 400 completed employer submissions.
Calculate the value of your time honestly
Estimate how much of your week you spend finding roles, checking fit, re-entering details, and recording what you submitted. Then decide which parts you would gladly delegate. The right service should free time without taking away your control over targeting or the truthfulness of your applications.
Also consider the cost of poor targeting. Paying for many submissions to roles you would reject later is not a bargain. Set your criteria first and revisit them if the results are not useful.
Common questions
Do unused applications roll over?
ApplyMode describes each plan as a maximum per monthly billing cycle. The published service does not promise rollover of unused capacity.
Does the price include a guaranteed number of interviews?
No. The plan pays for managed search and application work within your criteria, not an employer response.
