Your search criteria are the rules ApplyMode uses to decide which roles are in scope. You approve them once before the first application, then our team can submit matching roles within those limits. Text us whenever you want a change.
What belongs in your brief
Include target titles and acceptable variants, seniority, location, remote or hybrid preference, minimum compensation, work type, industries, companies to avoid, and any hard application rules. Distinguish true dealbreakers from preferences so a strong role is not excluded accidentally.
How approval works
After payment is verified, we confirm the search rules by text and ask you to approve them. You do not need to review every matching role after that approval. If a form needs a fact we lack, we ask you before submitting.
How changes work
Send a text such as “No SDR roles,” “Add Boston,” or “Raise my minimum base salary.” Our team applies the updated criteria to future work. A change does not undo applications already completed.
