Submitted means submitted
One application is counted only when a submission to an employer is completed. A posting found, a role screened out by your criteria, or an incomplete form does not use your monthly application allowance.
Activity versus outcomes
Application volume is an activity measure. Interview invitations and offers are outcomes controlled by employers and affected by fit, timing, and competition. We do not present sample conversations or illustrations as customer results.
Use reports to improve the search
Review the roles receiving applications and tell us when a title, level, location, or salary no longer fits. If response is weak, inspect targeting and résumé evidence before only increasing volume. Your approved criteria remain the control point for future submissions.
