Approval before execution
After checkout, you approve a search brief covering roles, seniority, location, salary, work type, and exclusions. Our team can then submit matching applications within those limits. A texted change updates the direction of future work.
Truthful answers and exceptions
We use information you supplied for routine form fields. We do not invent qualifications, work authorization, credentials, or experience. When a form asks for information outside your approved profile, we ask you before completing it.
A clear counting rule
One completed employer submission is one application. A found role, skipped opportunity, or unfinished form is not counted. We record activity so you can understand what was done. Interviews and offers are outside our control.
